We'll do a proper pre-assessment of your situation, identify what caused the decline, and match you to lenders who actually understand complex income. It costs nothing to find out.

My income is complicated. Will a bank even touch me?

Yes — but not every bank. Some lenders are much better than others at assessing trust income, company wages, contracting arrangements, and businesses with recent growth. We know which lenders will work with your structure and how to present the application so your income reads as strong as it actually is. Most of our clients have "complicated" income.

How fast is 'fast approval' actually?


Formal approval within 8–14 days is typical when documents are complete and the application is clean. We've hit finance clauses as tight as 10 days. Speed depends on your documents being ready, the lender's current workload, and whether a valuation is required. We'll give you an honest timeline on the strategy call — not a vague "as soon as possible."

I already have a broker. Why would I switch?

You don't have to switch — but it's worth a conversation. If you're not getting clear updates, if your broker placed you with a lender that limits your next purchase, or if you're getting a generic service with no real strategy behind it, that's worth reviewing.
